Which 4AGE anti freeze?

Just wondered if anyone knows if I need to use any specific anti freeze in my 4AGE which I'm just about to fill up for the 1st time, as I remember reading somewhere that I should use a special one / type - but that was some time ago and I have since forgotten.

Thanks in advance!

Rich

Yep forlife was a ready mixed coolant which would protect the ally heads. Remember at the time there were a lot of ancient pig iron lumps still running around in European cars.

I use Halfords Glycol coolant, the blue stuff.
