Halfords Part number will be HB<length>g

g means 6 rib / 5 grooves
length will be 995 for 995mm, e.h.

HB995g
HB1000g

The easiest way to get the correct length is to cut an old belt to the correct length then take to motor factors.
Remember to allow for stretch when tensioned.

Second Halfords, spent over an hour finding mine. Halfords own belts have a number that refers to the length ie Halfords HB925g as fitted to most late diesel fords, its 925mm long and the g is the belt type.

If you just ask for a belt of that type and length they will just ask for make/model.

I originally went to halfords and no luck, seem to go right up to 980 then jump to 1045mm!

I took to a belt manufacture, bearing specialist and the both said no!!

ill try a motor factors instead then!
