Ahh poo

Ahh Poo!

well words to that effect! Just browsing under my 7 after bleeding the brakes and noticed that I seem to be leaking some clutch fluid from the open base bellhousing.........darn I thought!

Prob one of my unions, but no, its coming from the brand spankers cylinder. Doesn't appear to be coming out any more though and the cylinder doesn't seem to be sinking???????????

Anybody else had any odd leaks with saab 900 concentric cyls? I wonder if it was an initial leak until the seals had been stroked up and down the bore, espacially as I had stroked the cyl with no fluid in it initially.

All very odd as the clutch works fine!

I seem to remember a bloke in Practical Classics moaning a "new - old"stock Saab brake cylinder had started leaking as soon as he had fitted it...Perhaps they don't age well.
