Clutch Release Arm - Type 9

Couple of questions:

1) Does anyone have a spare clutch release arm for a type 9 along with the little pin thing that goes in the bell housing to hold it on??

2) How do I take the old pin thing (technical talk!) out and then how does it fix back in? Is this easy? will I break it? any tips?

Has anyone got any pictures of this that they can post. I have bought a new gearbox and ali bellhousing and need to fit the above. The ali bellhousing I have is a direct copy of the original ford item, so is the same shape and has the starter motor in the same place unlike the RS2000 ali bellhousing.

Mark.
