Pinto temp sender thread size
I am in need of the thread size of the temp sender on a pinto block.
anyone know ?

Just done a painfull search on the site and i am no better off,its either 1/4 NPT or 1/8 NPT.
I wish i had writen the size down when i asked the queston a couple or thre years back

Thanks colin, i'm pretty sure its not M10 fine.
I remember being told it was NPT though.

Sorry for my error Bob, the threads are close and I tapped the housing M10 fine to fit one on the d'tec.

No worries colin
I should have really put the thread size in my notes when building, the reason i'm asking the question this time though is not pinto related. I
want to keep the VDO temp gauge and sender i used with the pinto and plumb it into the zetec water works,hence needing to know the thread for the
inline adaptor.
I am now sure it is 1/8 NPT big thanks to conrodkid (again) and fozzie and DLT for making an effort
