Chroming Zetec Coil Pack Bracket
Don't know if anyone could tell me off hand, I want to get the gold (anodised?) Zetec coil pack bracket chromed, but I'm wondering whether
this earths the little sensor on the bracket to the block? If so should I not get it chromed? Its got some black marks, like pitting but not deep,
want chroming to cover it.
Hope someone has an answer!
Regards
Matt

It will still earth if you chrome it. The finish on it is most likely a zinc passivate surface.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Matt, there is a guy around your neck of the woods (well Nottingham) who does a heck of a lot of chroming and polishing for Vauxhall parts.

He also sells a lot on eBay.

Worth sending him a PM or email.

Excellent cheers for that. I'm sure someone advertised on ebay that they do chroming in coventry, which is where I go to uni so that would have
been ideal. It is very bling considering I haven't even built a car to put the engine into yet!!
