XE angle
Hi, can anyone running a vauxhall xe engine offer any advise on how critical it is to keep the original 7 degree (exhaust down) angle of the engine?
Or whether its ok to mount it vertically as im just making up some new engine mounts at the moment. Thanks

given you can buy bellhousings to suit both, it's probably safe to say upright is ok.

gearbox is ok on an angle, but definitely go for upright installation, as the extra height caused by running with the 7 deg angle will cause problems!
