Anyone used the 1.4 Duratec?
As above, have any of you guys used this engine, its the one they have in the Fiestas and Focus's and i think its refered to as a Duratec but
not sure?
Just thinking about tax friendly alternatives to the K-series, i imagine bell housings are the problem?
Any thought or comments welcome.

think you'll find this is the zetec se rebadged on later cars, same engine as 1.4, 1.6 and 1.7 as found in fiesta/puma/focus though could be
wrong.
see shawspeed for in fo on zetec se and fitment for rwd etc. westfield and quantum also use it/make bellhousings.

Quite a light engine, as you say bell housing may be a problem, they are different to the standard Ford spacing,
A Ford/Yamaha did you know?

Nice one, didn't realise it was basically a smaller capacity SE block so as you say shawspeed might be able to help.
