R1 Throttle bodies - which year?

As title says. I'm looking to get a set of R1 throttle bodies to fit to a standard silver top zetec. Does it matter what year the throttle bodies are. I will be looking to run them with Megasquirt.

I have a 97 engine so it will have to be FI.
