Which cam?

I have both a Kent BCF2 and a Piper 270 cam for my crossflow, as it's coming apart for unleaded head and high comp pistons which would be the best cam to fit for the most power? yes the heads already flowed and it's on twin 40s to make the best of it.

What ever one is fitted the other will be for sale soon

Had the choice between the BCF2 and a piper 285 . Went for the BCF2 although the 285 would have given a bit more at the top end the Kent hopefully would be better in traffic and also didn't need any additional machining like the 285. Engine is running but have not yet driven since rebuild so can't yet tell if my theory is correct

I'm going for a kent 244. Used to run a piper 270 - very happy with it - just want to go faster!
Incidently. i think the piper has a higher lift than the kent BCF2, but timed differently for high torque
