919 blade, jumping out of gear..
Keeps on poping out of 3rd gear under HARD throttle, does it sound like the selector fork is bent or could it be worse. .
Is it an engine out job too.
Thank's, Joe

Souds like worn dogs to me. Engine out and new parts in box I'm afraid. (This is assuming you've checked the obvious things like the
engine flexing in the chassis and loading up gearchange mechanism).

My old R1 engine started to do this in 2nd. I had the parts replaced. The dogs were very rounded and the selector fork was bent. The mechanic who
repaired it said the bent fork was not pushing the gears together enough. this in time caused the dogs to round off.

Sounds like engine out and a gearbox rebuild to me Joe. Most likely that the dogs have rounded off...

Likely the selector fork is goosed. Dont wait until it falls out and knackers a rod like Denoe did
