Valve stem oil seals query

I`m just about to replace the valve stem oil seals on my Zetec Engine. Half of them have an orange seal, the other half a green coloured seal. Which colour goes on which side? Am I right in thinking the colour difference is due to the temperatures they undergo? So, would orange be for the exhaust valves?
Anybody know the answer to this? Thanks,
Nick

My head gasket kit has come with replacement valve stem seals so I may as well swap them while I have the head off, but as stated 8 have green seals and 8 have orange seals. They are the same size/diameter holes etc so they must be different colours for a reason.
Stevec suggests Green are for inlet. Can anyone else confirm this just for peace of mind. Incidentally, anyone got any tricks on how to get the old seals out? They`re stuck fast.
