Craig,
If you are fitting a Zetec do a search as there is loads of info on here.
As for your Type9. A flywheel and clutch combination, either 1.8 Zetec (both) and a corresponding bearing, although I can't remember which one.
Or you can have a flywheel redrilled to fit a Pinto clutch and this uses a Pinto bearing.
A 2.0 Zetec Flywheel will fit but is heavier than a 1.8 or 1.6 variant.
A starter from a 1.8 CVH Sierra will be needed for both options.
The Pinto backplate can be modified to fit or you can make a new one from sheet steel.
A Spigot bearing will be needed to fit in the end of the crank although I can't remember the part number.
I found shortening the sump to 6 inches from the mating face (Silvertop) lines it up perfectly with the bottom of the bellhousing.
That's about it from memory on the gearbox mating side.
Summer's here!!!!

zetec cat has all the info you require.
1.8 flywheel is lighter than 2 litre, youl need a 1. mondeo clutch kit and capri release brg. (quinten hazel part no cct133 about 11 quid). Then
itl bolt straight up, fit a sierra cvh starter and away u go.
This will help you also.

And a CVH flywheel can be lighter again! You will need a different crank pickup then though. See my photo archive.
