KKK (03) Turbo oil feed pipe size
Chaps,
Does anyone have an Audi with above turbos.
If so (or if you know), could you give me some idea on the feed pipe size.
Thanks very much!

FlanS
It for Deimos (the car to the left). It has a Rover V8 in it and I'm using a pair of K03's from an S4 to give it a bit of help in its old
age.
I've made up manifolds and exhaust, just need to start working on other essentials such as oil and water feeds/returns.
Found a site shortly after posting:

Lots of pics and blurb. Showed me what I needed mostly. Will try and get to an Audi shop and order bits (assuming prices aren't ridiculous

Simon,
the oil feed pipe is 10mm diameter, inside 8 mm. It connects to the oilfilter/cooler with a M12x1.25 open bolt and with the to the turbo. The oil
return is 16mm diamter (inside) and bolts with two M6 bolts to the underside of the turbo, and on the other end it goes into the carter.
hope this helps you. If u got any other questions, go for it!

Cheers very much. I'll go and get meself some pipework, connect it up and chuck some petrol in the ports.
Either a mighty bang or it'll work
Thanks again

Forgot to say, that part of the oil feed (and return as well) is flexible hose. See attached picture, just above the plate.
good luck,
