anyone recognise this supercharger?

pics:

apparently is off a mr2; would it be toytota's own make/design or a generic supercharger that is found on other cars? (eaton perhaps?)

and I take it the oval shaped hole on the right, bottom pic, is the outlet?

If it's off an MR2, I'd imagine that it's the Mark 1 SC model i.e. attached to a 4age derivative and only available for the JDM.

I would say the oval shaped hole is the inlet.

Casting has the look of an Eaton M45 at the back, but it looks to be a special for Toyota whoever made it.

Don't know what it is, but the oval is the inlet and the V shaped bit is the outlet.

stay away from that thing, the teflon seals are a complete nightmare. 8 months and beybey seals kinda thingy. was with a nevo pully though, just little smaller than stock.

an eaton M62 would suit as a good upgrade and replacement.

Most defintely not an SC12 or SC14 from a Toyota. Apart from its doesn't look like one! The rotrors are twisted which is an Eaton patent.

That looks more likely to be an M45 or M62 from a mercedes engine. Though as its got a simple case design it may just be an off the shelf Eaton blower.

Looks like a gen I or II as the rotors don't look coated
