Jetting 40's on a 1.8 Zetec

Hi,

I'm replacing my now defunct Crossflow with a 1.8 Zetec. I would like to re-use my current DCOE 40's, can anyone recommend a base jetting. I plan to use 130ps cams or equivilent.

Any help appreciated.
