Throtle assembly Xflow Weber Down Drought

Any one got a picture of a throtle assembly on a weber down drought on a xflow.

Currently I have a assembly on the rocker cover. Hate it as have to disasemble everything to get the cover off.

Have seen photo's that look like people rig something off the inlet manifold where the carb is bolted down ?

cortina's used a rocker cover mounted throttle linkage, and escorts used a manifold mounted linkage

best option is to source an escort gt or e type manifold and linkage

or mimic the sheet metal in the attached picture Rescued attachment xflow.jpg

I had the same problem. The manifold I sourced didn't have the two bolt holes for the linkage plate. I fabricated a bracket using parts from the Motorcraft carb bracket to use... Like this

There are other pics on my website on this page...
