Striker fibreglass tunnel

What year Striker had a fibreglass tunnel with inboard suspension as per mk2 ?

It must be early as my brothers kit baught in about 95 was ali tunnel.

If you look for the Sylva history on the website, it should explain better. IIRC this was a budget version, commonly known as Mk3? I don't think JP made many.

Hi

That's a good one - the answer probably should be 'none' but.. that doesn't mean there aren't any as there's a few unusual ones about.

The Mk3 was built from 88 to 90, Outboard front end and most had a fiberglass tunnel, but one or two didn't, they we're built with a Mk2 tunnel - for, one assumes, a very good reason at the time - i.e. that's what the customer wanted? going racing??
(I have one..)

So - at a guess a Mk2 with a fiberglass tunnel could have been a similar sort of situation at around the same time?
