Hi all,

just gathering parts to get my blade engine started up, looking through the haynes manual a pic of the rectifier has SH633-12 on it and after google searching it seems that the 400,600 and 900 honda engines share the same part.
Couls some one confirm the part number for their rectifier.
The reason i ask is an online breaker has this part number listed as a CBR600 part.

If you are going to buy a rectifier I would suggest NOT buying the normal Fireblade one, they tend to fail alot and are expensive.

Get hold of a Honda Superdream (CB250400) rectifier, they are much more reliable and can be picked up on ebay for under a tenner.

Do a search for superdream and my name and you should also find the wiring diagram for how to put it into the blade loom, it's very simple and has just one extra 12v supply wire.

Cheers for that, i did a seach for fireblade rectifier last night but didnt come up with that much.
Also had a look on ebay and thir dosnt seem to be any superdream rectifiers on their atm
