Finally found the problem why my engine wouldnt pull under load..After a conflab with zxr locost (chris) who let me ring him at home to bounce a few ideas he told me how to set the mixture screws properly..

Did that and...F**k me it pulls and goes like a very fast rocket.!!!

i did not relize the screws go right up and disapeer into thier housing,so infact mine were on the verge of fulling out and it was running on the merest whiff of petrol

still a few tweeks needed before i could leave jenson button for dead..
