I'd expect closer to 400kg for a single seater bec midi without roadcar 'stuff'.

TBH - I don't think the video does it justice. It doesn't seem to sound like a BEC, but as I say that just might part of the illusion.

I think you're right, it doesn't even seem to sound like a bike with an unrestricted exhaust...
plus it seemed a tad unstable?

Looks good in a hot wheels kind of way. Indeed I suspect those huge wheels are going to hurt the acceleration and tramline badly, which might be why
it seems unstable.
