Any good ?

I can’t vouch for the klicktronic but it looks very similar to the Pingle shifters I import and they seem to work well. T

N.B
The klicktronic doesn’t come with a throttle interrupt and it costs more!!!!

I've bought one for the MNR on the basis of seeing CBR_TONY's working on his Locoblade. Very nice action - lovely job.

Mine can be seen on my blog.

Here is a link to the pingel shifters:

I am also developing paddles to go with the kit

How much can you do the Pingel for?

Heard you only need to use the clutch for start / stop - is this true?

Coose - 11/7/07 at 04:11 PM

No clutch on down changes? I suppose it depends on how long you want the dogs and gear teeth to last....

Hi guys,

It sounds like a silly question but how to these electronic actuator systems know where neutral is? It's a bugger to find at the best of times.

According to Kliktronic blurb, you have a practiced dab at the button for neutral instead of the more prolonged gearchanging prod, yellow wire on control box is for ign interrupt (earths out)
