As above, it'll be tight for me to make SVA although I reckon I could just about manage it, but what if I apply then can't present a completed car. Do I get my cash back? I would assume so but this being VOSA I'm guessing possibly not?

Yes you can cancel I think up to three days before. I canceled my first SVA and got a cheque through a week later

Phone them up and tell them you cant make it. You then have about 6 months to arrange another test. Not sure how that works with the impending IVA.

Best just to ring the centre and ask...

I phoned up and canceled in oct, they sent me a appointment for dec, i cancelled that 10 days before, then i arranged for jan, which i cancelled.!

Erm im ringing for another day 2mora- hopefully they dont hate me yet!!!
