Fisher Fury R888s

I've bitten the bullet and bought a set of R888s to replace the Falkens on my Fury.

My car has no inner arches at the front so my question is, are the R888s likely to throw stones around under the bonnet and cause damage?

I expect there to be an increase in debris being flicked about, but is it going to be necessary to make some sort of inner arches or guards to prevent GRP cracking? Or am I over analysing?

Cheers chaps

I have ao48's and the body work is full of stones. ... I was thinking of inner arches, or something ..... a half concoction of inner wing and a huggy as is seen on the back of motor bikes..

I am open to suggestions too

Yes, they will throw more chippings up... especially when hot and going through fresh road dressings. I had to virtuallyshovel it out of the front corner of the bonnet one day last year

I lined the underside of the arches with SOUNDMAT and I've seen others stick camping mat there to absorb the impacts.

Rubber coating that car builder solutions sell works well on underside of wheel arches..

Second for Car Builder Solutions Wunderseal
I used a tin for all 4 on a 7 and also thought much better of the world after using a tin of it and 5L of evostick for the carpets
