If you've got the (50kg each? ) Sierra uprights.... is it really worth the money on lightweight calipers?

To replace the 75kg calipers, yes!

you can fit the r16s or wilwoods to the raceleda sierra upright

Marc .. just to plan ahead. I suppose I can use the raceleda uprights with the Hispec Billet calipers?

you could also look at hi-spec I,ve bought these as I like the Idea of dust seals
