It is a MK1 Phase 2 1.8 16v with 114,000 miles on the clock.
I have had it for 22 Months and driven it for 36,000 miles. It has never broken down on me.
I will try to be as honest as i can.
I bought it end of February 2009 with 78,000 miles on the clock.
1st service was on the 24/3/2009 mileage 83345

Fully synthetic branded oil. (I can look around and find out but i believe it was Total)

2nd service (no date but begining of May 2009) mileage 86605
As i was not happy with the receipt from previous owner, i decided to change the timing belt. New PowerGrip full kit was installed (previous timing belt identified that was only the belt in the end as one of the tensioners was noisy)

Changed Gearbox Oil and clean rear drums as they were a bit noisy

Front discs were a bit squeky on breaking so new Delphi Discs and EBC pads were fitted and carriers were cleaned and greased

While cleaning the rear drums, the rear left bearing was split. As i didn't have my service book with me, it was replaced and was forgotten unrecorded

Now the car is a pleasure to drive. Everything works as it should and the sunroof is not leaking any water.
Unfortunately though there are a few things that spoil it.
There is a small ding on the tailgate (previous owner)
Small ding on the front left wing (previous owner)
Car has been driven abroad with light reflectors and when removed some residue has damaged the plexiglass (Previous owner but never had problems with MOT)
1cm hairline crack on rear right arch that started to bubble (Not really visible and has remained like that since i bought it)
It will need a new water pump on the next timing belt change (Just as a Precaution. The pump is not driven by the timing belt)
Would need a new auxiliary belt as a precaution (this is a bit noisy on cold weather but has been since i got it)
Rear back box will need to be replaced (this one is not blowing but has visible age signs)
1mm cigarette burn on drivers seat. (hardly visible as it hasn't gone through)
Rear central locking is a bit sticky now with the frost but they do work spot on when the weather is not that bad
Some dings from supermarket troleys (once again blame the previous owner)
The good bits are that it is a pleasure and very comfortable to drive.
Loads of space both in the cabin and the boot
2 keys supplied (1 is almost Brand new as none of the previous owners used it or me)
Air conditioning is working fine
No water leaks from the sunroof
No stonechips or cracks on the windscreen or bodywork
The car will come with standard CD player and standard 15" steel wheels with legal tires
I have a set of 16" Renault Laguna alloys on it at the moment with Continental Contact Sport SSR (runflat) That could be included if we reach a seperate deal All tires replaced 5,000 miles ago.

I would like £750 ono for it as standard or £950 including the alloys and K&N filter
