hello all, where is the best place for inlet &exhaust studs (and nuts) for a ford pinto engine, im not sure what im looking for really,

They are about £1 each including the nuts when I bought some.

Yep, all M8.

I used normal zinc plated bolts for the inlet manifold but bought proper studs and brass nuts for the exhaust side
