Filler Neck

Where's the best place to get a filler neck for the car?

I am using a Spitfire fuel tank which just has a 3" piece of rubber on the neck. I'll need to connect a pipe to take the cap (I've got a cheapy of eBay - Talbot Horizon, bot sure whether that is generic fitting or not)
