Looking for a MK1 MX5 diff open ideally but would consider a slipper....been told uk cars had open diffs and imports had lsd if it helps. Cash waiting and I can arrange collection

Have you got 1.6 or 1.8 halfshafts to go with your diff? They're different.

There's an mx5 breaker on mx5nutz. His username's Junk Yard Dog. Has pretty much everything you'd possibly need and not silly prices (assuming you can't find one to collect locally.)

Yes I have 2 open mk1 1.6 diffs, which one do you want the 1st one or the 2nd

Splendid......any idea of cost, I can arrange collection and carriage etc

I may also need a diff for a 1600 MX5 (I say 1600 as I understand these are lighter than the 1800 version) if anyone has one. Bog standard will do as I need to keep my budget down.
