how about the heavy duty vinyl marquees, there are some reasonable ones that could be semi-perm, and at this end of the season I would think that there will be some bargains out there.

Machine mart are now doing a range of portable garages.

Mine is probably about 10 years old (was second hand when I got it) and it has stood up to a few hurricanes but is now starting to show its age.
The last big storms bent the frame a bit and some joints are starting to crack.

All the same the temporary garage has been a great asset.
