Bought it off ebay as I had become resigned to the fact that I was never going to find a 1969 TVR Vixen. Next day, what do I find? 1969 TVR Vixen...
HOORAH!
So, no longer want the BGT!
Haven't yet collected from the chap I bought it from, so still in Newbury, Berkshire. I paid £155 for it... first offer of £100 (PayPal) buys
it.
Can't add more to the description on the ebay listing as I haven't seen it...

So the Ultima is finished, and you are looking for a new project?
John
Nope... done now't with the Ultima for the last 3 months and don't anticipate doing anything else for the next couple, so want to get going with something else!

Shirley is my next door neighbour!
Engine is still at the workshop, so, can't finish the chassis, so can't finish the bodywork, so can't finish the car!
PS - Methinks a TVR Vixen is WAAY cooler than an Ultima! Particularly if I stick a modern V8 in the bugger!
PPS - The man in this car is NOT ME (random photo from google)... my 'tache is much bushier!

As its already got 2500 down the side, i'd be tempted with a 2.5 v6 ford!
does look a lovely car.
I'm swithering whether to divert the 4.2 Audi RS4 engine that was going into the Spyder into the Vixen instead!
Reduced!
