AAARGH! Why does nobody make....

.... a decentl set of "Dax style" cycle wings that fit a 195/50R15 tire? It seems carbonmods were the only ones that made something like this but they have discontinued them. I'd be content with a GRP set as it would get painted anyway. Does anyone know where and how to get a set?

From looking at the yellow indy with the 17"wheels that has them, the DAX ones actually don't fit my (very common....) tire size. I bet if one of the GRP firms actually made these that they'd be able to shift quite a few sets.

thats because Dax only recommend 205/50 R15, 205/45 R16 and 205/40 R17 tyres for the front of the rush

you could always take a set of dax ones and cut a strip out the middle then stick them back together - much the same method / skills as making a std. nose cone wider (plenty of folk on here have done that for +4 chassis etc...)

EBay? There are lots on there of all sorts of shapes and sizes.
