How do we stand with exposed box section inside the car? is this acceptable in terms of radii or not?

hmmmm interesting, intheroy any exposed struts (e.g. floor rails or side panel diagonals) should fail unless coversed.

I guess the SVA inspector are looking at sharp edges that fall under hand; so you should be ok provide there are no obvious pointy or sharp bits.
