Soft cover is totally okay.
Lighter too (not lockable mind)....

Some soft covers fail the SVA depending on the testing station

How? What's the reasoning? Not permanent? Whatever next!!!!

i had a soft cover for sva in birmingham, tester didn't even comment on it!
