Alternator Recommendations

Hi,

I have just installed the westfield alternator kit and offered up my standard zetec altenator and it fouls the steering column.. damn.....!!

Can any one suggest an alternative unit that is smaller and will accept the pulley it is a toothed pulley.

Is it a V pulley or a toothed one?
