What is recommended with regard to covering / insulating earth points on the chassis?
I have filed away the powder coat on the chassis to ensure good contact, but don't want it to get all corroded.

Fit a crossflow and then everything will be well and truly covered
Waterproof grease would be my choice I think.
Clean the area to clean metal then fit the earth leads using shake proof washers so they dig into the steel, and then you can paint over the top to protect it. Thats how mine are done and been fine for over 10K miles. HTH Ray
Silicone grease liberally smeared on before you bolt the connection on.
Silicone grease won't interfere with good metal to metal electrical contact.

Are you bolting them to the chassis? I wouldnt have bothered clearing the powdercoat, just a couple of shake proof washers as mentioned between chassis, connector & bolt and let the fact the bolt is digging in to the chassis give a good connection.
Before powdercoating..... so no use to you now, but a nut welded onto the chassis tube makes a good earthing point and offers little in the way of
corroding issues.
Perhaps when the chassis cracks and/or you bend it sometime, somewhere in the future and have to subsequently remove the powdercoat to repair..
