Evening all,

I'm planning to fit an LED shift light to my ZZR1100 engined F27. Problem is, all the shift lights are "not suitable" for dci ignition systems??

They do claim to work if the CdI has a dedicated tacho output but looking at the ZED winning diagram the tacho feed taps into one of the coils doesn't look dedicated.

I can't understand the problem as it's only counting a signal?

Could anyone point me in the right direction?
