First thing - use their pickup. It might work with other pickups but they may not trigger the odo yet the speed registers.

You'll need to make up a trigger wheel that feeds a signal of 833Hz (or whatever is on the back of the speedo) when running at 100mph.

Work out the number of wheel revs for 100 miles.

Use this wheel calculator for starters.

Based on 185/60/13 the maths is:
928 rev/mile * 100 = 92800

92800 / 60 = 1546 (revs per min)
1546 / 60 = 25.7 revs per second @100mph.

I'm assuming you're going to mount a wheel on the propshaft.

The wheels will be spinning at 25.7 rev/sec. Assuming a 3.89 diff then 25.7 * 3.89 = 99.9 rev/sec of the propshaft.

Target is 833Hz so 833 / 99.9 = 8.33 vanes on the trigger wheel. That'll be 8 then.

The adjuster on the back of the dial only affects the speed display and not the odo, hence trying to get as close to 833Hz as possible.

If you mount it on the gearbox speedo output then you'll need to check the revolution relationship between it and the prop. I think it might be geared but am not sure.
