Is the switchgear from my blackbird heavy enough to run the twin head lamps on a car setup.

Also will I need Dip and Main beam on at the same time?

use the switches to control relays.
the relays then control the current to the lights without passing through switches.
lights could over heat if you have dip and main beam on at the same time (there both at the same time when you "flash" )
