A loss to all petrol heads
He'd done really well to make it to 89 he'd had a new heart in 1990 and a new kidney

A sad day, and a true loss.
That was quite a shock to see. He's one of those people I half expected to live forever.
A sad day but also a great time for us to think about his life and work.
I thank him every time I go out in my Cobra (Even tho' it's a replica and he would of hated it). A legend that will leave a gap in the world. RIP
Let's face it, who can actually ever afford the real AC Cobra, I think its a tribute in itself that so many Kit Car makers decided to copy one of
the most sort after cars.....
I love the Cobra, it has to be the 427 vintage for me with its wide arches, I am not a huge fan of the 289 series.
However we did have one for a weekend for a wedding and it pulled all the right looks.

My car of the (Stoneleigh) show was the mauve coloured Cobra rep on the Dax stand. Absolutely stunning design!
End of an era. The man was a legend.
The king (Cobra) is dead. Long live the king.
