IT'S BEEN FOUND
How lucky is he !!!!!!!!!!!
any details how ?
Heres the guys post from the mini forum on its return.....
NEWS!
IT HAS BEEN FOUND AND RETURNED!
It was entirely down to the great work by everyone sharing this thread and posting on Facebook and twitter!
The police had an anonymous call informing them that someone had spotted a mini which they had heard had been stolen. The most frustrating thing was
that it was found only about half a mile away, in a private road stuffed in behind a tree! It was about the limit of how far it could have been
pushed. Not fully inspected it yet but it looks almost perfectly intact except the locks/barrels and the bonnet hooks ripped off. Waiting for SOCO to
check it over for prints. Assumption is opportunistic criminals who took it somewhere out of sight and then were unable to work out how to start it so
abandoned it.
The added bonus is the £200 tool kit is still in the car!
THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!! It is well and truly secured now and I will be buying wheel clamps, crook locks, and a tracker tomorrow!
What a result - top news :-)
Fantastic news, hope they pull some prints off it.
