It's that time of year again and the car WILL be ready this time - so I'm looking for a navigator for this years rally. The details are here:

GOME

5 days driving through the amazing mountain roads of Northern Italy, 15-19th September.

Entry cost is £595 and probably around the same again to cover ferry, fuel, hotels there and back and beer.

You must be able to read in a moving car without getting motion sickness and be able to do simple mental arithmetic.

This is a navigator job only, no driving at all, though you must be legally able to drive for the regs.

If you want any more info just ask.

Sounds fun, Jasper, but as I said at Newlands, you probably don't want the inside of your car covered in vomit, so that's me out!

There are a few other qualifications to being a GOME navigator though Jasper!

Like being able to sit in a car that is travelling very rapidly indeed without pressing on an imaginary brake pedal!
