Does anyone have a workshop manual for an old Corsa B (1999) ?
I'm trying to work out whats wrong with the locks on the drivers door and boot - its a 5 door with central locking
the dirvers door one works but won't return to the centre properly whhich make it difficult to get the key out and means that the car won't
lock if you try from the passenger side (I assume thats because the drivers one isn't at the right position)
and the boot lock doesn't return at all and won't unlock - but it does open if you move it to the unlocked position and then unlock the
other doors
I'm guessing that there is something mechanical thats nackered in the locks but I don't know what I'm up against on these cars - does
anyone know anything about these ?
(I can't really take it apart untill I know a bit more, its not my car)

If you take the door trim off u will see 2 10mm nuts behind the door handle. If you remove these the handle and barrel assembly will come out. The
arms etc on the back bend and snap and the return spring snaps. Easy to do.
Im sure your prob will be the lock rod from the motor not returning fully.
Also the window channel break away and jam across the lock.
Before you go to a lot of trouble taking everything apart, try spraying a load of WD40 or spray grease on the moving parts.
It worked for me on a Focus. The lock parts seem to accumulate all sorts of grunge & fluff
which make it stiff enough so that the electric
centra locking can't overcome the friction.
