Sideshow_Bob - 14/11/09 at 02:12 PM

Hi guys,

Just in the process of replacing the rear shoes on a Puma. I have misplaced my Ford TIS Cd and was wondering if one of you kind chaps could tell me the hub nut torque for the rear hub nuts.

Cheers in advance

Same mechanicals as the Fiesta mk 6?? 275nm if so - equates to 203lb ft

do you mean the four that hold the rear brake hub on? if so my CD says 66Nm

I meant the single hub nut will121, realised after starting the job that the other way to do it would be take the 4 bolts out rather than the main hub nut ...oh well thanks for the torque figure Steve

No problem at all. Was wondering actually why you needed to disturb the wheel bearing to change the brakes - didnt spot the easier way then hey. lol

The lack of garage and pouring rain, just meant I wanted to get it done ...more haste less speed methinks :-). Goddam English weather ...grrr
