What's in your Ears
donny - 9/11/10 at 09:07 PM

Hi all,
doing some evening work. Just wondering what tunes are going round your heads. For me it's Soundgarden - A-Sides. Helps with the tedium of report proof reading!

Cheers,
Donny.

Chasing Shadows - Amirah wum wumwum WOB wum wumwum WOB WOB

For some really odd reason I have the theme from Wizbit stuck in my head fairly often. It stuck there for several days once, driving me absolutely nuts 'ha ha this-a-way, ha ha that-a-way, ha ha this-a-way my oh my' over, and over, and over, and over...

PORCH LINKY!

Just listened to the Unplugged 'Porch' again for the first time in ages... Good grief Ed Vedder is a force of nature here and Dave's drumming is outstanding! I feel like I'm a young man again!

Andybarbet - 9/11/10 at 10:00 PM

Me too

Metallica, pearl jam, might even put some almighty on too tonight. They were amazing live when i saw them

scootz - 9/11/10 at 10:02 PM

Ha ha... I was listening to Soundgarden and Therapy? the other night! Early 90's rockathon!

donny - 9/11/10 at 10:05 PM

Thanks for the PJ links - awesome! Still can't get my head around acoustic bass. Well so much for work...time for a nice glass of wine and chill. Feels like a Friday night!

Donny

liam.mccaffrey - 9/11/10 at 10:05 PM

Andybarbet - 9/11/10 at 10:12 PM

Therapy - teethgrinder, fantastic,

Soundgarden - the day i tried to live,

Im setting a playlist on the ipod for that lot tonight, that'll make my day at work go quicker tomorrow

I was watching Elvis Costello's Sundance show the other night. Ray Lamontagne was a guest and they did 'Henry Nearly Killed Me'. Single-chord-fantasticness!

donny - 9/11/10 at 10:18 PM

I don't see this as a hijack - got lots of ideas! It's a very small version of that radio 2 very long thread thing - Mark Radcliff?

Not listened to Therapy for ages - good Belfast band!

Andybarbet - 9/11/10 at 10:34 PM

Red hot chilli peppers - Scar tissue,

Beastie boys - Intergalactic

They just keep popping in my head now.

Richard Quinn - 9/11/10 at 10:52 PM

I can't hear any music. The damn voices are back and too loud this time!

RazMan - 9/11/10 at 11:27 PM

Following a reminder from another thread, I'm listening to Easy Star All Stars - Radiodread.
