i have been sent the service manual for the 2003 s2000 in pdf format via an email from a forum member, but its very large at over 1000 pages and i have
no printer, my cousin has offered to print it out for me if i can send it to him via email but am stuggling to do it!
how do i save it from my desktop into a file (pdf ?) and send this via e mail? cheers
just forward the email to him that has the file which was sent to you.
or if your using outlook just click new email and drag the file into the new email message box.
sorted :O)
if its hotmail there is a paperclip icon which is attach file icon.
just attach the file to a new email.
easiest by far is to forward the email sent to you if its hosted in the cloud as you dont need to upload from your pc to the net.
cheers

Normally emails are limited to a certain size, 5Mb seems common.
You can either split the file using winzip/rar and send the parts seperately, or what I'd do is open a "dropbox" account, share it with
cousin and stick the file in there...
If you use gmail as your email provider, then you are able to view the file, and then share it.
I would personally use dropbox - DROPBOX LINK
the original e mail has been deleted now as it was sent to me ages ago! and tiscali are my internet provider if this helps! cheers
What size is the PDF file?
If you received it by email then you should be able to send it the same way.
Failing that then a drop box is the easiest option.
i have opened a drop box account. how do i drag files into the dropbox? cheers
go to your drop box on the web site then: share a folder with the recipient and up load the stuff to it - easy to do once you are on the web site.
