I've just bought an iPad, which seems very nice. I have iTunes on my PC. They're connected via the apple USB lead. How do I download my music library from my PC to the iPad. There are no clues.
File>add file to library, browse, simple.
Or to add an album choose add folder.
File>anything only applies to a PC. The iPad doesn't menus like windows.

apples word for this kind of operation is SYNC'ing.. U need to sync your Ipad to to PC or vice versa,,
I found Apple's online help. I tired all the things on the list and the last one was uninstalling iTunes on my PC and then reinstalling it. That did the trick. Thanks all!

Thing with Apple is it only has to work with Apple stuff, so they can make it Just Work Well.
With Windows stuff it has to work with Compaq, Acer, Philips, Sony, and the Quai-Jin Cheapo Ram Corp.. So it gets a bit bloated and often farts and
hiccups along
