The OpenFOAM (Field Operation and Manipulation) software package can simulate anything from complex fluid flows involving chemical reactions, turbulence and heat transfer, to solid dynamics, electromagnetics and the pricing of financial options.

i use cfx 5.7 for the comptutational side of things, and ANSYS workbench for the mesh generation and find its relatively successful.
is there a trail version of openfoam or anything?

Sorry to hijack the thread - have you any pictures of the latest build stage Steve?

You hijacking bastard!

Yes indeed. I just updated my website this afternoon. Here is something I am working on.

A roof. Just in the experimantation phase right now. So no quips about the cardboard not being waterproof and all that....

Steve,

Not sure if it's just me, but I find your website very slow loading. I have a fast T1 connection here so everything else is very fast.
