What with a lot of the old racecars going down to Aus and SA some might just be reconisable.
My dad had a Holden Monaro as a company car..............boy it was fast with the stripes on the body work...... fast for the 70`s

Those "old" Holdens are still a fairly common site around the roads here. You'd be hard pushed not to spot a few even on a short drive around the burbs. Many are still one owner cars!

I take it that theres not much tin worm about away from the coast then.

It's frequently the opposite. Alot of the old that are around are devoid of any gloss coat due to the harsh sun.
