Anybody know a good supplier of engine paint..

I am looking for some ivory engine paint but can only seem to find black red blue etc..

My engine builder says cellulose is as good as anything - this means that you can have any colour you want.

just use normal paint, engines don't get that hot!!

I use grey floor paint, it's fine at temp, tough and looks smart, plus I have a spare gallon of it kicking around!

B&Q enamel paint does the job nicely, slap it on and leave the bonnet on so nobody sees it.

I used smoothrite - worked a treat and durable.
White with a touch of Brown will give you a suitable - well err yucky mix!!

Celly should work just fine. Wont look to good after a few oil spills and track days anyway. i prefer dark colours.
